The properties I appraise range from typical houses in subdivisions to unusual, complex properties miles from the nearest neighbor. This includes appraisals on:

One of my strong points is using terminology and explanations understandable to loan underwriters regarding rural and complex properties. Appraising since 1994, I am skilled in developing appraisals when few comparable sales are available.
